How exactly does the reduction work?
Each week we compare your social media hours to the week before. If you spent 10 hours last week and 8 hours this week, that's a 20% reduction — which means you qualify. Your first submission sets your starting point. From there, every week is compared to the one before it.
How do I check my screen time?
On iPhone: Settings → Screen Time → See All Activity → scroll to Social Networking. On Android: Settings → Digital Wellbeing. At the end of each week, screenshot your weekly social media total and submit it through our form.
Which apps count as social media?
TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and Reddit. We track your phone's Screen Time (iPhone) or Digital Wellbeing (Android) report — it's the weekly social media total from your phone, not your computer.
What rewards do I get when I qualify?
